test closed/java/awt/dnd/NoFormatsDropTest/NoFormatsDropTest.html almost always fails on sparc sun4v since jdk 7u4b11 (64-bit); passed 1-2 times in 20 runs on stt-32-zone3.ru


can't reproduce failure with 32-bit jdk installation; and with 64-bit jdk 7u4b10, 7u3b05 installation so mark as regression

passed on solaris 10 sun4u (32 bit and 64 bit installation), solaris 10 x86, oel5.7 and win xp x86
