we should remove all usage static CLISD under HKCU. we already have copies of them in HKLM already.

e.g HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID\{CAFEEFAC-0018-0000-0000-ABCDEFFEDCBA}

also, we might have ghost entries under:

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Classes\CLSID

we should cleanup those as well.
