This CR will involve major cleanup of the following:

-introduction of the modern Registry Class (from AU2.0) to installer.dll
    -no more using the ancient ATL rgs files
-removal of functions that are no longer used
-Removal of all src files with "Common" in their name. Move to Utils.cpp.
