                    test env:
jre8 b23, 32bit winxp.
Steps to reproduce:
1) import an app with invalid codebase like "javaws -import -codebase . anyapp"
2) if the error dialog is not os-specific look and feel, bug is reproduced.
if we launch an invalid app without codebase, like javaws -import invalidapp, the error window look and feel is os-specific
screen shot has been attached.
