Please add alternate signal stacks to Linux JVM for better error reporting

      There are cases JVMs for Linux cannot handle stack overflow and reporting the problem in hs_error file due to the lack of this feature. An implementation is already suggested in 7109520. Please look into the feature and plan adding it to Java SE.
