After the fix to 7144065 most of unwanted effects will disappear but resize problem will not.
To reproduce, run the attached test, open Choice, then carefully start resize the Frame. You will be able to resize it several times, step by step creeping away from the open Choice popup.
This is obviously not so harmful behavior as in 7144065 but still.
