Steps to reproduce:
1. Install latest mac deploy bundle
2. Open Java Control Panel
3. Click "View..." button in the Java tab
4. New window "Java Runtime Environment Settings" appears
Start resizing the new window (to decrease the size of the window) and note that the "OK" button is always visible even when it shouldn't be visible.
Please see two attached screenshots:
- 1 - demonstrates the window when it has the default size
- 2 - demonstrates the window when it's resized and the OK button is above other controls.
