Tests using self-signed cert are still failing after fix of 7156672. Noticed our attempt in test framework to read "security.dialog.accept.text" is returning "&I accept the risk and want to run this application." instead of "I accept the risk and want to run this application."

Same issue may affect all UI automation operations in our test framework (more or less depends on how many similar changes have been made).
