In accordance with CR 6281477 the "javaws -wait" options doesn't work on Windows. The CR will not fix. But the Usage window of JavaWS still shows this option for Windows bundles with the description: "start java process and wait for its exit".
It is misleaded because the javaws wait nothing on Windows even if the "wait" option is set. Need to either update this description with notes for Windows systems or remove the "wait" option at all from the usage window for Windows bundles.
