Once FX is shipped as part of the JRE on the windows platform we need to audit deployment stack implementation or new scenarios and fix things as needed.

Some initial questions:
   1) What version scheme should we use for plugin in the cobundle?
      Should it be different from one in the separate install?

   2) Any additional cleanup/recovery steps to add in order to better support new scenarios?

   3) Ensure DT knows how to detect FX presense if cobundle is installed.
      
   4) Ensure DT knows bundle name to install
