Online 6uN JRE installers do not support "TEST_DIALOG" flags

      "TEST_PROGRESS_DIALOG=1" and "TEST_CHANGE_DIALOG=1" work fine for JRE offline installers, but do not work for JRE 6uN online installers(iftw, kernel):
      "jre-6u32-windows-i586-iftw.exe /lang=1033 TEST_PROGRESS_DIALOG=1" shows Welcome dialog, not Progress.
      No issue with 7.
