    Description

      Digital Signature Standard (DSS) [FIPS 186-3, June 2009] recommends longer key lengths
      for DSA: 2048-bits and 3072-bits.

      Currently the maximim DSA keysize supported by the Sun provider is 1024 bits. We should
      add support for the longer keys.
