Compile and run attached PopupMenuTest.java

Try different IMF. When it's QuanPin, the candidate window will cover the output text on text area. The default location of candidate window is the place of output text, and output text is covered by candidate window. The screen shot is attached.

Candidate window can be moved manually to other place, so this is not a stopper CR.

This problem is reproducible in JDK 8, but when I try the fix of 7024749, this problem does not happen anymore. The fix of 7024749 can fix this problem.

This problem does not happen on windows 7, because the QuanPin in windows 7 zh_CN is the new release, and works fine.
