runApplet inside deployJava.js is not honoring the mimimum version argument always.
With 1.7.0 installed and minimum version set as "1.7.0_03" , runApplet will load the applet using 1.7.0 , instead of downloading/installing 1.7.0_03 . deployJava.versionCheck("1.7.0_03") is returning false
