A user filed the following report: "If my username on Windows 7 is written in Cyrillic like "T¿¿¿¿¿" java creates entire new folder in Users named "¿¿¿¿í¿" and won't start any applets, java testing fails also. Creating new user written in latin solves issue."

The support team is not able to reproduce this internally.
