Important information about the JDK you have just installed.

This was done in 7u4 for English but not for Japanese and Chinese since this was a last minute request and there was not enough time for obtaining the localized text.
(I believe, since then, Michael Fang has provided the localized text.)
I will close this CR since it is no longer relevant. For 7u6, the text will change to something entirely new. See CR 7168271.
