We really should be documenting the need for the objcopy utility in
the README-builds.html file. But that's like a P4 RFE. I would also
like to see a paragraph in README-builds.html that explains what FDS
is in terms of objcopy and the .debuginfo files. Maybe a short
summary of the concepts.
