      FULL PRODUCT VERSION :
      1.7.06-ea-b09

      ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
      Mac OS 10.7.3

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      When an all-permission CA signed JNLP is first launched and short cut save, subsequent launches do not start the application.

      Tested with another signed JNLP, but no permissions required, and it worked as expected.

      Logs of http server found the JAR, JNLP & a JPG being checked for updates. Also local log entries similar to this made.

      Also found these log entries on Mac (clean up a little):

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      - Sign JNLP that contains

        <security>
            <all-permissions/>
        </security>

      - Download with Safari
      - Save short cut.
      - When asked permission to run, it does not matter whether the "Always Trust" check has. Both fail.

      - Click the short cut. Nothing happens.

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
      Application started.

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.
