There are a number of enhancements to the deployment toolkit that are important to better support developers:

1. Add versioning information to dtjava.js and deployjava.js
2. Add .txt version of dtjava.js to java.com (eg. human-readable copy)
3. Maintain rolling changelog of bugs fixed in each update release on java.com
4. Maintain three revisions of both files, the production version, a "beta" version and a "old" version
5. Notify CAP members and paid support customers when a new version is pushed to beta or production
