With dual monitor setup, there are following problems with popup menus, tooltips and dialog boxes.
If NetBeans IDE is open on the second (external) monitor, tooltips and popup menus are not appearing and dialog boxes open on the wrong (primary) monitor. The same behavior is reported with SwingSet demo. These problems do not happen with JDK 6 on Mac.
