When XCode is updated to 4.3, due to changes in XCode, the default locations for various tools needed by the install repo is changed. Hence, build changes need to be made to find these tools at build time.
Also, add sanity check for the availability of these tools.
Also make changes to the applescript to prevent build from failing when OS is upgraded to 10.7.4
