htmlconverter.jar has no read permission for group and others in jdk 6u34b02 for linux and solaris, 6u33 (all builds), but has read permission in jdk6u32 (all) and 6u34b01

all jdk files and folders should have read permission for group and others

same issue with jdk installed from jdk-6u34-ea-linux-i586.bin:
