This issue applies to Vista, Win 7

To Reproduce:

Enable the Access Bridge via Ease of Access
Disable via Command prompt

This status is updated in the ease of access only after the refresh.

So, relaunch the ease of access and try to enable the bridge again from ease of access. This does not work always.

Randomly jabswitch terminal window is executed in the background.

Expected:

JAB should be enabled

Actual:

Not Enabled
