Instruction:
Drag the dividers of the splitpanes (both top and bottom). If the divider color is green while dragging then test passes, otherwise test fails.
Actual behavior:
When draging the dividers of the splitpanes, the divider color is not green and it does not change, the same color as before. For Metal/Aqua Laf, it is passed.
