This problem only happens in internal build for message drop 1 in 7u6 so far. It's not reproduciable in the promotion builds of 7u4 and 7u6. If it's integrated, it will become regression.

In pt_BR, the bevel line is too wide
In es, fr, ko, it, sv and zh_TW, there are overlaps of text.
In many locales, the time line at the top of download window is truncated, not aligned as what in current promotion build.
