Could you please clarify what is expected in the following scenario.

1. Uninstall all the existing JDK/JRE
2. java is not recognized in the command prompt
3. Install the 7u6 JDK with only the private JRE, Canceled the public JRE install.
4. java is still not recognized in the command prompt
5. Go to the private jre bin directory and enabled the access bridge
6. Ran NVDA
7. Ran SwingSet2 from the jre bin dir.

Expected:
???

Need Clarification on

Should access bridge work with this scenario of just private jre?

Actual:

It is not working now, and I do not see *access* files in the System 32 folder. I'm on a Win XP 32 bit system.
