With the fix for 7175794 (Implement mixed code security warnings in native), we're using the TaskDialogIndirect windows api which is available for Vista and newer versions.
On XP, when ssvagent loads deploy.dll and when windows tries to resolve all symbols, it couldn't find TaskDialogIndirect and resulting in error.
