After fix to 7172650, when the jnlp files for a java fx app requests a jre (existing on system) which is not compatible with the version of javafx available, it shows the CannotUseDialog, which says the requested version is not available.
This is somewhat misleading, since the version is available, just not compatible with the javafx version
