jnlp applet-desc jre relaunch does not work for java web start
javafx2 webstart application uses applet-desc - and without jre re-launch support, auto-install scenarios will not work.
this is because re-launch support is missing in JNLP2Viewer - which is used by applet-desc webstart launch.
