      The innitial proposal by UE team:

      If an insecure JRE version is specified by an untrusted application
       - Do not use a specified insecure JRE version
       - Show security warning before using a specified insecure JRE version
       - Allow using an insecure JRE version (not recommended)
      [ ] Check if the current JRE version is insecure and show update prompt
