Get an unsigned error when launching the application.

REGRESSION. Last worked in version 7

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Launch a java application where the jars are pack.gz with the 64 bit version of Java 7 update 5 that requests full access to the system.

This works properly with the 32 bit version of Java 7u5 and Java 6 versions

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
