(reflect) Add support for Project Lambda concepts in core reflection

    Description

      Project Lambda is adding a number of concepts to the Java language, include interface methods with defaults and functional interfaces. These concepts, or an approximation to them, should be surfaced in the core reflection API in JDK 8.
