[MAC] there's no "Learn more about Java" link in JRE installer's summary dialog

      reproduced by:
      1.Download the .dmg file for the JRE under test and extract
      2.Using file manager, navigate to package and double click on dmg file
      3.Step through install using defaults, stopping at summary (last) dialog
        expected: there's "Learn more about Java" link
        actually: there's no "Learn more about Java" link
