A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
In the JavaDoc for java.util.Properties.load(java.io.Reader) and the error message for the wrong number of arguments to build.tools.generatecharacter.CharacterName(java.lang.String[] args), "Unicode" is misspelled as "Uniocde".
