[macosx] Return of 4517214: double height JTextField if editable and has TitledBorder

      Run a functional test Swing_JComboBox/Manual/ComboBoxTitleBorder -- it is more or less self-contained -- and observe behavior fixed long ago for 4517214: under certain conditions a JTextField is twice as high as necessary.
      Reproduced on Mac only.
