1.install JRE1.5.0_12,JRE1.7.0_06
2.launch a java applet use Java version 1.5.0_12:
  "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_12\bin\java" -jar *.jar
2.Execute scrubber applet
  Expected: show Java 5 update 12 will not be uninstalled
  actual: Java 5 update 12 should be removed and the installation can be executed normally and finished normally. But leave subdir "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_12\lib\ext" behide
         can see the process "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_12\bin\java" is still there
