Deprecate com.sun.security.auth.callback.DialogCallbackHandler

      com.sun.security.auth.callback.DialogCallbackHandler is highly problematic for modularization due to its dependencies on AWT and Swing. This RFE requests that this class be deprecated in JDK8 with a note to say that the class will be removed, and to remove the class in JDK9.
