[macosx] Replace Java icon in preference pane with newer branding

      The icon used in the Mac Java Preference Pane to launch the Java Control Panel does not meet current Java branding guidelines in that the Java text is orange and should be blue (see attached screenshot). This change was requested by the Brand + Creative team. Please replace with attached icon.
