Desc:
  according to CR 7088182 the same behavior expected if signed FX applet execution is cancelled:
   - error pane is shown, user can click on "show error details" link to see details.

   Actually, in Chrome browser not error pane but details pane ( with msg "user declined .. " ) is shown
   as if user already clicked on "show error details" link.

   For IE/FF firstly error pane appears and details pane is shown only after clicking on "show error details" link.
