Add the minimal VM as "known" in jvm.cfg

    Description

      The minimal VM is being developed under JEP 148 (see also CR 7189361). To select the minimal VM at runtime (without resorting to replacing client/libjvm.so with minimal/libjvm.so) the entry:

      -minimal KNOWN

      needs to be added to all the jvm.cfg files for the platforms on which the minimal VM is supported.
