      Two functional JCK test cases fails since jdk8 b55:
      api/java_util/spi/LocaleServiceProvider/index.html#UtilSpiTests[testLocale008]
      api/java_util/spi/LocaleServiceProvider/index.html#UtilSpiTests[testLocale009]
      with the message about the method Locale.getDisplayVariant() isn't transferred to the service provider.
