We are using "INet crystal clear report server" to print report on browser. Our report contains Chinese characters. The system run for two years without any problem. Since new version of Firefox force us to update to new version of java, so we update to 1.7. After update, print report Chinese characters become a mess. They overlapped with each other. But English characters don't have problem. We've try with other browser such as google chrome and Internet explorer. The situation persist. So, we guess it is java problem.
1) Java Version: 1.7.0_7-b10

2) Does this problem occur on Java 6ux or 7ux?:
For Chinese windows XP, it occurs on java 1.7.0_07_b10.
After uninstall java 7 and reinstall java 6u35 the problem gone.
However, for English Windows 7, both version cannot print out Chinese characters.
The Chinese characters all become rectangle box.

Windows XP Home /Professional Chinese edition, service pack 3
Windows 7 Home premium English edition.

Java 6u35 - work for Chinese Windows, Google Chrome and IE
But not work for English Windows. All Chinese characters become a box.

The print out of Chinese/English overlapped with each other. Please refer to attached report1.pdf
9) Steps to Reproduce this behavior (be specific):
You need to visit http://www.inetsoftware.de/products/clear-reports to download clear report version 9 (Download, old version, install designer).
Create a new report and add a text with Chinese and Engish characters. Preview on screen got no problem. Only print out to printer got overlapped.

No error occur. Only the print out got problem.
11) "Java Console" output.
The java icon on system tray flash and gone too fast, cannot capture, sorry.
