Tested build: jdk8-b255-2012-16-11_451
OS tested: win XP/win7
Browser tested: IE8/IE9/Chrome 19/FF15
When we try to load applet or click on link to launch webstart with Java disabled them different browser behaves differently. We might need to change DT to handle it better. On IE8/IE9 we can see message about "need to install Java" on loading applet inside IE or when we click on "Webstart: click to launch.."
No such message on chrome or firefox is shown infact spinning image keeps on running inside the browser
Steps to reproduce
1) Install above mentioned jdk8 build
2) Set environment variable DEPLOY_DISABLED = 1
3)Try to run any javafx sample inside browser
If you can see above mentioned behavior then bug is reproduced
