When the Windows Vista/7/8 user attempts to change a value within the Java Control Panel that requires Admin privileges, they see a UAC elevation prompt. This prompt shows "ssvagent.exe" as the Program Name. While this may be technically accurate, this means nothing to the user who is making the change from within the Java Control Panel. Ideally, the Program Name should be "Java Control Panel".
