When Chrome is the default browser, jre 6u37-b70 / sponsor failed to install with error 1723 and jre ping 1603. The problem does not occur if Firefox or Internet Explorer is the default browser

Testing was performed on Windows 7 off OTN and no proxy

*** Steps to reproduce:
0) Clean up all related jre, sponsor registries
1) Delete %temp%
2) Make Chrome the default browser
3) Install the 6u37-b70

Follow the flow and if you see the Error 1723 (as attached screenshot), the issue is reproducible and specific to default Chrome browser
If FF or IE is default browser in step#2, the installation goes successfully as expected
