[macosx] javaws binary missing in bin/ and jre/bin in JDK 7uX installation on Mac

      JDK 7u10 (and previous 7uX versions) on OS-X.

      The JDK installation only contains javaws.jar. The javaws binary is missing in both JDK and JRE bin folders.
