Applets fails to load inside 64bit IE9/IE8 using 64 bit JRE

      This is follow up against issue https://jbs.oracle.com/bugs/browse/JDK-8002145 . With 8002145 fixed applets are working fine with 32 bit IE but that's not true with 64 bit IE.
