RFE Description: RFE: Public API to set the SSLSocketFactory used by JAXWS

Currently in order to set the SSLSocketFactory used by JAXWS, we need to use the JAXWSProperties.SSL_SOCKET_FACTORY property as specified in JAXWSProperties.

This is an internal sun package, and varies between distributions. We need a public API so that we can make sure that the SSLSocketFactory is always set correctly.

Note also that HttpsURLConnection. setDefaultSSLSocketFactory is not an option as we have more than one SSLSocketFactory.
