Javafx applications fails to load using 7u10 co-bundle on IE browser

        tested bundles:
        jre-7u10-ea-bin-b15-windows-amd64-07_nov_2012
        jre-7u10-ea-bin-b15-windows-i586-07_nov_2012

        tested OS: win7 64 bit/win7 32 bit/winxp
        Javafx application fails to load using 7u10 cobundle and complains about missing Java(see attached screenshots) and requests user to download Java even though 7u10 is installed on the machine
        Issue is not seen with jdk8 co-bundle
        Steps to reproduce:
        1) Install 7u10
        2) try to load following URL
        http://jfx.sfbay.sun.com/hudson/view/2.2.4/job/2.2.4-deploy-scrum/label=windows-amd64-14/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/artifacts/deployed/DefaultPreloader/Fish.html
        If application fails to load and instead message is shown to dowload java then bug is reproduced
