    Description


      - the JAR file specification needs to be updated to specify how the Profile attribute is handled on executable JAR files.

      - launcher needs to be updated to examine the Profile attribute

      - Attributes.Names need to define the Profile attribute

      - URLClassLoader needs to be updated to specify behavior when a library JAR with the Profile attribute is encountered

      - the "jar" tool needs an option to add or modify the Profile attribute
